LOTUS WATER PUMP RECONDITIONING SERVICE

PNM Parts offer a water pump reconditioning service for all Lotus 2.0 and 2.2 907/910/911/912 and 920 engines.

This service is completed by us and not sent to an outside source.

Due to the huge number of variations in water pumps across the range of engines, we require you to send your own water pump to us for reconditioning.

If you add this to your basket, we will await delivery of your pump and send your pump back to you once rebuilt.

Early pumps do require a gasket which is listed in related products. HC engines use Permabond A136 instead.

Our Water pump reconditioning service includes stripping, cleaning and inspection of your own water pump.

We repair anything that needs repairing if required, remove broken studs/bolts etc and re-thread if necessary. No extra charge for this.

We then fit a new bearing and seal.

We re-manufacture and machine the impellor face and polish.

We do not bead blast or sand blast water pumps or any other engine component due to contaminate risk associated with this.

The unit is rebuilt and run on our test rig under pressure for 20 minutes.

Removed from the test rig, wash and blow dry. We then lubricate before sending back.
